You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or odors
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after processing, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, as processing times can vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
